Change the Life for a Child Today!
We visited Zambia for the first time in February 2006 seeking to discover how we might serve orphaned children, and today we care for 98 children in our Home-based Care Initiative, serving children in Kenya, Pakistan, and Zambia.
Today we have many of the children in this initiative that are not yet funded and support is needed to provide them a family and a home. We outline the four levels of support below to give you an understanding as to how your funds are invested in a child. You can select your level of support and we'll see that a child from one of our projects around the world are provided for in a familysetting. The funding needed for this initiative to covers resources needed for 2023.
As you might expect, home-based care is the most expensive method in which to care for an orphaned child. We do accomplish this a little differently though in that we host our children in homes where the residents become a family. They eat together, help each other with their studies, attend church, and just do life as a family. For details on the various places where we provide care see additional updates at the GO! Blog.
Your monthly support will fund their stay in one of our homes. If you can't budget the total costs of $100 per month at this time, give what you can and we'll pair you with other donors to provide complete funding for the child, or consider a one-time gift if you prefer.
