Change the Life for a Child Today!
We visited Zambia for the first time in February 2006 seeking to discover how we might serve orphaned children, and today we care for 224 children in our Home-based Care Initiative, serving children in Kenya, Pakistan, South Sudan, and Zambia.
Today we have many of the children in this initiative not yet funded, or underfunded, and need sponsors for these children in 2022 to keep the program financially viable. You can select from 4-sponsorship levels with each child being fully funded at $100 per month. Once you select your level of sponsorship we will match you with a child from one of our projects around the world. The funding needed for this initiative to cover our unfunded commitments in 2022 is $158,000.
As you might expect, home-based care is the most expensive method in which to care for an orphaned child. We do accomplish this a little differently though in that we host our children in homes where the residents become a family. They eat together, help each other with their studies, attend church, and just do life as a family. For details on the various places where we provide care see additional updates at the GO! Blog.
Your monthly support will fund their stay in one of our homes. If you can't budget the total costs of $100 per month at this time, give what you can and we'll pair you with other donors to provide complete funding for the child.
